Hay Shire Council invites Expressions of Interest from individuals, businesses, or organisations interested in leasing office space located at:

• Hay Gaol Museum Governor’s Cottage Building – 355 Church Street, Hay NSW 2711

Key Details:

• Available Space: One room in the Governor’s Cottage building (Approx. 20m² office area)

• Location: Centrally located at the Hay Gaol Museum

• Availability: From 15th September 2025

• Lease Term: 12 months, with options to extend 2 x 12 months

• Inclusions: Nil

• Conditions:

• Fit out by lessee
• Cleaning of office space and hallways by lessee
• Proportion of electricity account to be paid by lessee, based on a 50/50 split of account for the building
• Lessee to provide Public Liability Insurance to cover the site
• Internet/telephone by lessee
• No kitchen or toilet facilities are available for use by lessee

Interested parties are invited to submit an Expression of Interest that includes:

• Name and contact details

• Proposed use of the space

• Proposed annual lease fee (excluding GST)
