The purpose of this Expression of Interest (EOI) is to seek market interest for the Head Consultant responsible for the detailed landscape design, Development Application (DA) documentation and all other tasks required to permanently close and transform a section of Jones Street, Ultimo. The street will become an urban space that acts as a natural extension of Alumni Green and that unites CB10 and CB11 with the rest of the Broadway campus. Jones Street is the opportunity to improve campus amenity, safety and identity whilst increasing outdoor space for students, staff, visitors and the local community..

ABOUT THE EOI: Submissions are invited from Landscape Architect/Public Domain organisations capable of acting as the Head Consultant directly engaging and managing a multi-disciplinary team, co-ordinating and integrating the activities of all 'Sub-Consultants' (Engineering and Speciality) required to perform the works.
REGISTRATION: Expression of Interest documents must be obtained after pre-registration on the UTS site. A pre-registration form must be completed before the documentation can be downloaded.

SUBMISSIONS: Completed responses can be submitted via the electronic tender box using the attached Word version of the Schedule. Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion. Should assistance be required please use the online manual on the portal under Support/Online Manuals/Making a Submission.
CLOSING DATE AND TIME: UTS is not bound to accept the lowest-priced tender or all or any part of a submission, and reserves the right to conduct the Expression of Interest process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit. Late, verbal, faxed, mailed or emailed submissions will not be accepted.
