Electrical Services Infrastructure

The City of Fremantle is seeking the services of a qualified and experienced electrical contractor to provide reactive, preventative and planned electrical services to all City of Fremantle building assets and facilities.

The City has a number of complex sites, including Fremantle Leisure centre, Fremantle Arts Centre, Fremantle Works Depot and the Walyalup Civic Centre. There is also a large portfolio of high-profile heritage assets that require a knowledgeable and flexible approach to carry out electrical works and maintenance.

The associated Scope of Work shall encompass the provision of all project management, supervision, labour, equipment, materials, and consumables required to carry out the reactive, preventative and planned electrical maintenance across all City sites as directed by the Principal.

The Contractor shall be available to provide services on a 24-hour basis, seven (7) days a week, 365 days a year, including public holidays, without interruption.
