Tender Description
The Shire wishes to invite Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from interested parties for the lease of the Greenbushes Roads Board Office building located at Lot 39 (36) Blackwood Road, Greenbushes WA.
The building is currently vacant, and the Shire is seeking to work in partnership with an experienced and capable operator to upgrade the building and establish a viable cafe business in the Greenbushes townsite.
