Category 1 - Neutral Managed Service Provider

Under this category, the MSPs are required to maintain a neutral status. That is, they cannot be an MSP provider and also be a provider of Contingent Labour concurrently.

Category 2 - Non-Neutral Managed Service Provider

Under this category, the MSPs are not required to maintain a neutral status. That is, they can be an MSP provider and also be a provider of Contingent Labour concurrently.
