Replacement of existing Digital Electronic Medical Record (EMR)

Macquarie University has identified the need to obtain a replacement of the existing Electronic Medical Record (EMR). To meet this requirement, the University is intending to run a multi-stage procurement process. The EOI forms the first pre-qualification stage of this process. The purpose of this EOI is to obtain high-level proposals for the provision of a Digital Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and determine capability and capacity of organisations to respond to the next stage of the procurement process.

Respondents should note that:

a. No contract will be entered into as the result of this EOI.

b. The EOI is intended to be the first stage of a multi-stage procurement process, however the University does not guarantee that further stages will be undertaken.

c. All organisations must meet the specific requirements stated in this EOI in order to qualify for participation in the next stage for the selection of the Digital Electronic Medical Record (EMR) supplier. Failure to meet the requirements below may result in the organisation being excluded from being considered.
