Tender Description
Objective:
Ipswich City Council is seeking a provider to deliver out-of-hours and emergency call centre services to commence 1 December 2025.
Scope:
• Operations include Monday to Friday from 4:30pm to 8:00am, as well as all hours on weekends, public holidays, and council shut-down periods. Pre-arranged daytime overflow is available when required, such as during council system outages or emergency evacuations of 1 Nicholas Street.
