Tender Description
THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF WHYALLA (the Council) invites submissions from Tenderers for the Provision of Bituminous Surfacing and Pavement Reconstruction Works (the Services).
The Council will enter into a Works Agreement with the successful Tenderer(s) for EITHER a 1 year or 3 year period (to be determined). A draft Works Agreement has been provided as Attachment 9 which will be used to formalise the Works.
