Concrete Footpath & Kerbing Programs

THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF WHYALLA (the Council) invites tenders from Respondents for the Provision of Kerbing Removal and Construction (the Services), and the Provision of Concrete Footpath Construction Works throughout the City.

The Council will enter into a Works Agreement with the successful Tenderer(s) for EITHER a 1 year or 3 year period (to be determined). A draft Works Agreement has been provided as Attachment 9 which will be used to formlise the Works. If you have any issues with the conditions of the contract please list them in the Statement of Conformity Tender Return Schedule.

Council reserves the right to award the Kerbing Removal Works and Concrete Footpath Construction Works individually to different contractors.
