Supply of Hospitality Goods

Dear Sir / Madam,

TAFE SA (Public Authority) invites you to submit a quote (Your Quote) for the provision of different types of Hospitality Goods to TAFE SA.

TAFE SA provides training courses in Baking, Cookery, Food Technology, Hospitality, Meat Processing and others at selected TAFE SA Metro and Regional Campuses. As part of Business as Usual (BAU) activities, TAFE SA are required to procure various food and consumables for these training courses.

• POULTRY
• MEAT
• SEAFOOD
• FRUITS AND VEGETABLES
• GROCERIES
• COFFEE
• DAIRY PRODUCTS

To assist you in the preparation of Your Quote, please find as part of this invitation, a Request for Quote including a Response Form and proposed Contract.

Your Quote must be submitted using the RFQ Response Form, attaching the completed Appendix 2- Pricing Schedule and Appendix 3- Industry Participation Statement of Intent , by the Closing Date specified and must remain valid and open for acceptance for the Quote Validity Period specified.

Your Quote will be evaluated against the Evaluation Criteria outlined in the Request for Quote.

If Your Quote is accepted, Supply will be in accordance with the proposed Contract.
