Tender for Road Rehabilitation Project at Spinks Road and Creek Ridge Road, Glossodia

Project goals

Council (the Principal) is seeking Tenders from appropriately qualified and experienced Qualified and Experienced Contractors, organisations or individuals to provide Spinks Road-Creek Ridge Road Pavement Rehabilitation in accordance with the terms and conditions of this RFT.

• Option 1 Spinks Road-Creek Ridge Road Site 1and 2, Stage 1 works
• Option 2 (combined) Spinks Road-Creek Ridge Road Site 1and 2, Stage 1and 2

Council will award the works considering budgetary constraints for either Option 1 or Option 2

The work is awarded for the contract work on a lump sum fixed price and schedule of rates basis, not subject to Rise and Fall costs in the tender pricing schedules herein.

A more detailed brief of the extent of services required by Council is set out in Section C -Specification of this tender document.

Scope

Scope of work to read in line with Attachment D – Issued for Construction Design document, Attachment E – Civil Works Specification, Attachment F – Construction Drawings. The contract detailed herein shall comprise the whole of the plant, labor & materials necessary to execute the works described in this specification, pricing schedules and shown in the drawings, including any obvious items for the proper completion of the work.
