New Plymouth District Council (NPDC) is seeking a skilled and innovative Construction contractor to build simple, but efficient home units for elderly tenants. Our goal is to provide high-quality, affordable, and low-maintenance housing that prioritises the well-being and comfort of elderly residents.

We require a contractor with the capacity to manage and execute a project of this scale and complexity. This includes having sufficient resources, both in terms of personnel and equipment, to ensure timely and efficient completion of this project.

We are looking for a contractor that can be established on site in October 2025 to meet the deadline.

The contractor should have an experienced, robust project management team with expertise in coordinating multiple sub-trades and managing construction activities in a residential area.
