Tender Description
Penrith City Council is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced conduct reviewers to establish a Panel of Conduct Reviewers.
It is proposed that the Panel will be appointed for a term of up to 4 years commencing late September.
Conduct Reviewers may be engaged from time to time to review allegations, conduct investigations, determine outcomes and produce written reports in relation to breaches of the Council’s Code of Conduct by councillors or the General Manager. Conduct Reviewers may also be engaged from time-to-time to review allegations concerning the conduct of staff.
