Invites suitably qualified and experienced providers to submit an Expression of Interest for the next construction stage of the Good Shepherd Catholic Primary School in Springfield Lakes. The Project consists of an extension of 2 existing classroom pods including one general learning area and one preparatory learning area and an extension to existing pupil amenities building.

Construction of new 2 storey building including library, learning support, extension of administration building with future under croft. Minor conversions of PE and maintenance storerooms.

The project anticipated construction value is circa $8.5 to $10.5 million.The Contractor is to have capacity for construction in Q4 of 2025 through to Q4 2026.

A tender panel will be selected from the Contractors registered. Capability statements and relevant experience should be submitted by the 1st August 2025 in writing to: Superintendent@bne.catholic.net.au
