Invites suitably qualified and experienced providers to submit an Expression of Interest for works at the San Damiano College in Yarrabilba, QLD. The project consists of the construction of a new Library building (K1) inclusive of a learning area, meeting rooms, loans area, covered verandah, work room, storage and amenities,a new two storey classroom building (K2) inclusive of 1 x GLA, 2 x Flexible learning areas amenities, undercroft including stairs and a lift.

Additionally, refurbishment works will be occurring within an existing building (Block A) with associated civil stormwater infrastructure, extension to bike enclosure, hard and soft landscaping and external services upgrades. Works will be staged to ensure College continued operations are not impacted.

The project anticipated construction value is circa $7 to $9 million. The Contractor is to have capacity for construction in Q4 of 2025 through to Q4 2026.

A tender panel will be selected from the Contractors registered. Capability statements and relevant experience should be submitted by the 1st August 2025 in writing to: Superintendent@bne.catholic.net.au
