invites suitably qualified and experienced providers to submit an Expression of Interest for Stage 3 of the Star of the Sea Catholic Primary School in Merrimac, QLD. The project consists of the new construction of primary general learning areas, pupil amenities, and associated walkways.

The general learning area is elevated with open under croft under and an extension to another building of one classroom. Construction of additional carparking, existing carpark modifications and associated ramps.

The project anticipated construction value is circa $7 to $9 million. The Contractor is to have capacity for construction in Q4 of 2025 through to Q3 2026.

A tender panel will be selected from the Contractors registered. Capability statements and relevant experience should be submitted by the 1st August 2025 in writing to: Superintendent@bne.catholic.net.au
