invites suitably qualified and experienced providers to submit an Expression of Interest for works at the McAuley College in Beaudesert, QLD.

The project consists of the construction of a new Library & Resource Area, new block 9 being Hospitality and General Learning areas, and new block 5 being Design Technology rooms and Amenities.

Additionally, refurbishment works will be occurring in 3 buildings to convert to new uses, and external landscaping works as required. Works will be staged to ensure College's continued operations are not impacted.

The project's anticipated construction value is circa $9 to $11 million. The Contractor is to have capacity for construction in Q4 of 2025 through to Q3 2026.

A tender panel will be selected from the Contractors registered. Capability statements and relevant experience should be submitted by the 1st August 2025 in writing to: Superintendent@bne.catholic.net.au
