The purpose of the tender is to identify and contract with a suitably qualified and experienced service provider to provide business support & secretariat services for the City of Newcastle’s (CN) four (4) Business Improvement Associations (BIAs) that operate within the Newcastle, Hamilton, Mayfield and Wallsend business precincts. The appointment will be for an initial fixed two (2) year term with an option at CN’s discretion to extend the engagement for a further 12-month period. The appointment is due to commence from 1 October 2025.
