Gladstone Regional Council (GRC) is seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to undertake construction services for the delivery of critical infrastructure upgrades on Curtis Island. The scope includes but not limited to:

• Expose and construction of ten (10) new flow meter chambers;

• Saw-cut modification and height reduction of thirty-one (31) existing sewer rising main air valve chambers;

• Conducting field measurements to determine the exact diameters of all chamber openings prior to the fabrication of aluminium covers;

• Fabrication and installation of custom aluminium covers for both flow meter and air valve chambers, in accordance with the  detailed designs;

• Install bollards as indicated in the documents, drawings and

• Securing all relevant approvals, permits, and consents before the commencement of any on-site construction activities.
