Central Coast Council is seeking tenders for the demolition of the existing Booza Building, gymnasium, and old external toilets at 2 Flora Street, Ulverstone, to make way for a new, fully accessible changeroom building. The new facility will include two player change rooms, two referee rooms, public amenities with a fully accessible toilet and two ambulant toilets, showers, two physio/medical rooms, and a storage area, supporting the use of both the Ulverstone Soccer Club and the wider community.

The design has been developed to cater for a possible Stage 2 upper level addition, subject to future funding. Tenderers should allow for site and environmental management that minimises disruption to the nearby playing fields, while delivering a modern, functional facility that will support local sport and community events well into the future.
