The City of South Perth is seeking a suitably skilled and experienced Contractor to undertake sports field floodlighting upgrades at three sporting reserves whilst minimising disruptions to the reserves usage. The City has already prepared detailed design documentation which are provided.

The three reserves for Request are 1. Challenger Reserve in Manning, 2. George Burnett Park in Karawara and 3. Richardson Park in South Perth.

  1. Challenger Reserve is primarily for the replacement of luminaires to existing floodlight poles.
  2. George Burnett Park is a full replacement of existing floodlighting infrastructure.
  3. Richardson Park primarily involves the installation of new floodlighting infrastructure.

Tenderers shall provide a fixed lump sum fee, ex GST, for the Services and Works required and a Schedule of Rates for any incidental work that may be required under the resulting Contract. A provisional sum for asbestos removal is also required to be provided by Tenderers.

It is a requirement that All Works achieve practical completion by 30 June 2026.

It is the City's intention, if the quality of submissions received allows, that the Contract for all three locations will be awarded to a single Tenderer that best demonstrates value for money.
