Tenders are invited for Invitation to Tender RFT26004-Extruded Kerbing Works.

Tender documentation may be downloaded from the City's e-procurement portal at (see option below) from 26 July 2025.

Tenders must be received no later than 2:00PM WST on 26 August 2025.

Tenders may be submitted via the City's e-procurement portal (preferred). Tenders may also be lodged at the City's Tender Box located in the reception area at the City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder Administration Offices, 577 Hannan Street, Kalgoorlie or sent by post to The Tender Box, City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder, PO Box 2042, Boulder WA 6432.

Tenders submitted via the City's Tender Box should be placed in a sealed envelope and marked with the RFT title and number. Tenders sent by fax or electronic mail will not be accepted.

Please note: Evaluation of submissions will be deferred until after the caretaker period associated with the upcoming local government election. This is to ensure compliance with caretaker conventions and maintain transparency in the procurement process. Tenderers should ensure their offers remain valid for the full duration specified in the tender documentation - Part 1.

The canvassing of Elected Members or City Officers will result in disqualification.
