The bp Adelaide Grand Final is a four-day Event staged by the SA Motor Sport Board (SAMSB) on Adelaide’s world-renowned street circuit and surrounding parklands in the heart of the CBD. The event is South Australia’s largest annual ticketed sporting event providing a vibrant mix of motorsport and other off-track attractions appealing to a diverse audience.

The SAMSB seeks to engage a contractor(s) to provide the following Audio Visual services to assist in the staging of the Event:

• Public Address System;
• TV Hire Services;
• TV Reticulation Services; and
• Side Events and Activations Audio Visual

Suppliers are invited to submit an offer against one (or more) of the following work packages:

• Package A - Public Address System:

The supply, installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance of a public address system to provide audio to facilitate the motor racing and event operations around the circuit.

• Package B - TV Hire Services:

The provision of Television hire and maintenance to enhance patron experience and assist with operational and safety requirements within the hospitality, administration and entertainment Event spaces.

• Package C - TV Reticulation Services:

The supply, testing, installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance of a TV reticulation system to facilitate the broadcast feed to Televisions and/or Super Screens (by others) throughout the Event.

• Package D - Side Events and Activations:

The supply, testing, installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance of an Audio-Visual package to various side events and activations across the Event.
