Goondiwindi Regional Council (GRC) is seeking a quotation for a consultant to undertake a service mapping activity. The service mapping will specifically focus on identifying services provided by nongovernment organisations (NGOs) and/or Government organisations, with a particular focus on social services available to youth and vulnerable children, including but not limited to:

• Social support and justice services, particularly targeting youth services
• Family and community services
• General health (including mental and social health) services
• Sporting, cultural, and leisure services
• Education (excluding services offered through public and private school systems), training, and employment support services
• Housing and accommodation support services
