Tender Description
The purpose of this RFT is to secure a physical works contractor to carry out bridge repairs at Kaitaia-Awaroa Road Bridges D42 & D47 to ensure a continual level of service to users. Repairs include, but are not limited to:
- major reinforced concrete repairs,
- strengthening of the bridge elements, and
- pile jacketing.
The Contract Works are located at:
- Bridge D42 on Kaitaia-Awaroa Road (RP 22.360), Herekino, 500 metres north of the intersection of Kaitaia-Awaroa Road and Rangikohu Road
- Bridge D47 on Kaitaia-Awaroa Road (RP 31.005), Herekino, 100 metres west of the intersection of Kaitaia-Awaroa Road and Haumanga Road
