Tenders are invited by Inverell Shire Council from suitably qualified contractors for the provision of Traffic Management Services for Council's 2025/2026 Program.

The objective of this contract is to provide Traffic Management Services to Inverell Shire Council as may be required, including in response to emergencies.

Council evaluation criteria will be limited to the contractor's response to the following:

- Unit rates in the Quotation Return Schedule;

- Coverage of quotation requirements;

- WHS systems;

- Quality Management systems;

- Ability to respond to requests at short notice;

- Contractors previous performance, experience and reliability.

Please provide:

- Unit rates for 1 Person crew through to 6 Person crew to included normal time, overtime, weekend and public holiday hire (please download and complete in Council's return schedule);

- An outline of what hours constitute normal time, various overtime, night shift, weekend and public holiday work;

- Confirmation of the availability of E stop Lights at all site and workers equipment with radio set;

- Terms & conditions of hire and cost of any additional hire items your organisation may provide.

TENDER DOCUMENTS: Tender Documents, specifications and return schedules can be downloaded free of charge by registering on the e-tendering portal (see option below) Tender Return Schedules and supporting documentation must be submitted prior to the scheduled closing time via e-tendering portal. Canvassing of Councillors will disqualify the tender. Any technical information or tender enquiries are to be submitted via the online forum which can be accessed on the e-tendering portal.

SUBMISSIONS: Completed responses must be submitted via the electronic tender box. 

CLOSING DATE AND TIME: Tenders close at 5.00pm (NSW daylight saving time) Friday 15 August 2025 and submissions must be fully received by this time. Inverell Shire Council is not bound to accept the lowest priced Tender or all or any part of a tender and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Tender process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit. Late, verbal or emailed proposals will not be accepted.
