This Request is for the design, supply, configuration, integration, support and management of an integrated hosted SaaS Enterprise Resource Planning (“ERP”) and Payroll platform. (the Solution).

Online Briefing

An online briefing session will be held on 7 August, 2025 10:00 AM.

A non-mandatory Microsoft Teams briefing to Respondents will be conducted at:

• Date: 7 August 2025.
• Time: 10:00 AM (WST), Perth, Western Australia.

The Respondent is requested to confirm its intention to attend the teams briefing no later than 2:00 PM WST, 4 August 2025 by email to: procurement.tenders@gesb.wa.gov.au. Respondents registering their attendance will subsequently be issued with a team’s invite.

GESB reserves the right to cancel the briefing if no registrations are received by the designated date and time. Respondents should note that GESB is not responsible for any technical difficulties that Respondents may incur on the day.

The briefing session will be conducted by SIA and GESB. It may emphasise key aspects of the Request process and outline the requirements of the Request.

To enable answers to questions at the briefing Respondents can submit written questions regarding the Request via procurement.tenders@gesb.wa.gov.au up to two (2) business days prior to the date of the briefing. Answers providing material information will be issued to all Respondents.

Any questions raised and answered during the briefing will be issued as an addendum to registered Respondents only on www.tenders.wa.gov.au
