Tender Description
Renewal SA is seeking to engage an experienced and suitably qualified Sales Agent (the “Contractor”) to provide all relevant sales agency services in line with the specification for PAR22964 Noarlunga Sales Agency Services.
The Noarlunga Residential Project was approved by Cabinet in May 2024 and the master plan proposes 626 new dwellings including serviced allotments to the SA Housing Trust to deliver 80 new public rental dwellings, a minimum of 15% affordable housing and minimum 12.5% new public open space and streetscapes with an extensive tree canopy goal.
