The Shire of Northam is seeking suitably qualified contractors to undertake the rehabilitation and resurfacing of Newcastle Road, between Broome Terrace and Perina Lane, Northam.

Contractors are invited to submit pricing /rates for all, or some of the listed projects.

The works will be awarded to a single contractor to undertake the project from start to finish. Award will be based on pricing, availability and ability to perform the works. Contractors must quote on all parts of the project, as per the attached price schedule.

The objectives of the project are to:

•  Restore the structural integrity and surface condition of the road.
•  Improve ride quality and trafficability for vehicles and pedestrians.
•  Ensure adequate drainage and prevent water pooling.

Contractors are encouraged to submit and alternative tender, if it creates efficiencies and aligns with the objectives of the project.
