Tender Description
Kelson Road is a local gravel road straight off the Stuart Highway in Noonamah servicing residential properties and ending in a culdesac As part of Councils ongoing upgrading of roads Kelson Road will be upgrade from gravel to seal
The upgrading of the road will include the altering of the end of the road to allow for a 10m culdesac however the existing intersection with the Stuart Highway will not be altered and all works will be contained within Kelson Roads Road reserve and will not extent into the Stuart Highway Road reserve
