The Rottnest Island Authority (RIA) is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor for the Geordie Bay Landscaping Works. The Geordie Bay Landscaping Works are part of RIA’s ongoing improvements to Geordie Bay following the 2024 accommodation upgrades.

Site Visit 

A site visit will be held at Main Bus Stop Rottnest Island, Rottnest Island/ Wadjemup, Rottnest Island on 31 July 2025 8:30 AM.

Respondent shall attend a Site Visit and Briefing scheduled on:

• Date: 31 July 2025
• Time: 8:30am
• Location: Main Bus Stop Rottnest Island

Respondents are required to pay all costs for all transportation to and from site, and all arrangements for ferry travel are the Respondent’s responsibility.

By no later than 2:00 pm on 29 July 2025 the Respondent shall confirm with Andrew Abercromby attendance at the Site Visit and Briefing via email at Andrew.Abercromby@dbca.wa.gov.au

If Respondents are unable to attend the scheduled site visit and briefing, alternative arrangements may be made by contacting Andrew Abercromby no later than 29 July 2025.

Attendance at the briefing is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
