Shire of Mundaring invites Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced builders to undertake the demolition, construction, and modification works to existing buildings, as part of the refurbishment of the Elsie Austin changeroom facility in Mount Helena, as outlined in the Request for Tender plans and specifications.

Tenderers are required to attend a compulsory site briefing to be held at 9.00 am AWST, Friday 1 August 2025, at Elsie Austin Reserve, 21 Chidlow Street, Mount Helena.

Tenderers should contact Cheryl Batty on (08) 9290 6651 to register their intention to attend the site briefing by Wednesday 30 July 2025. Failure to attend this Site Inspection will render the Tenderer ineligible to submit a Tender.
