Tender Description
The Office of Sport have an important requirement for Grounds Maintenance Services to maintain its portfolio of International Olympic venues are safe, fit-for-purpose and aesthetically pleasing.
Project goals
The Office of Sport is seeking to engage with one supplier to provide and delivery expert grounds maintenance services to four of its International Olympic Venues across the greater sydney area.
The Supplier must have the necessary experience, capabilities and capacity to delivery grounds maintenance services, and in accordance with the Statement of Requirements and related output specifications.
The Project goals include:
- Secure supply of grounds maintenance services for a period of up to five (5) years
- Undertake grounds maintenance services in an effective, efficient and innovative manner
- Improve the operational efficiences and sustainability through reducing water consumption and reduce / reuse / recycle waste and green waste
- Maintain the Venues’ grounds and facilities are fit for purpose and aesthetically pleasing
- Safeguard the Venues attractiveness to drive business activities and venue viability for the next 5 year
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies of the Office and Government

Tender Briefing and Venue site visits
A tender briefing and Venue site visit will be held on the date, time, and place listed below.
RFT Briefing - 31/07/2025 commencing 09:30am at the Sydney International Equestrian Centre.
Details of the Site visit schedule can be found in Part A - Conditions of Tendering
The Contact Officer and Subject Matter Experts will be available at the tender briefing to answer any queries regarding this RFT and the RFT process in general and site requirements.
Attendance at the briefing and Venue visit is not mandatory but is strongly recommended and encouraged.
