New Plymouth District Council ("Council") is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Contractors to carry out Building Compliance duties according to the specified building Compliance Schedules.

This Contract involves the regular inspection and / or testing of Specified Systems installed in Council-owned facilities. These systems include, but are not limited to, fire alarms, emergency lighting, back flow devices, passenger lifts, and other safety-critical infrastructure as defined under the Building Act 2004.

A key deliverable under this Contract is the preparation, reporting, and issuing of the Building Warrant of Fitness (BWoF) for each facility.
