Pre-qualified Supplier Panel for the Supply and Installation of Irrigation Systems

The City of Melville ("City") is seeking to establish a suitably qualified and experienced Panel of Pre-qualified Suppliers to supply and install irrigation systems in the City for an initial term of three year with two additional 12 month option periods which will be exercised at the sole discretion of the City. For indicative purposes only, it is envisaged that the City will undertake approximately two or more irrigation projects per year of various sizes and value.

Due to the nature of the works it is possible that the Contractor designing the works is part of the Panel and given the opportunity to quote for the irrigations installation. All Contractors quoting on the works will be given the opportunity to highlight concerns with the design and propose amendments.

This Panel does not preclude the City from conducting works on irrigation systems utilising its own resources.

Unless directed otherwise by the City's Representative the following works are excluded from the Panel:

• Irrigation as part of a larger project
• Point Walter golf course
• Irrigation projects over $550,000
• Irrigation within streetscape (road verges, median, roundabouts)
• Irrigation design
