The statement of requirement outlines the skills, values and services that are expected of a fire service provider.

The maintenance work shall include: routine inspections, including walk through inspections for all premises; servicing and maintenance; minor repairs; callout service and notification service; housekeeping and cleaning associated with the maintained services; routine back-up for computerised systems; supply of consumables; spare parts procurement, storage and control; service management and planning, including data gathering, analysis and assessment

Conditions for Participation:

To ensure the NGA’s operational objectives are effectively supported through the delivery of the respective Service Package, the following mandatory requirements apply to the supplier as outlined in this Statement of Requirements (SOR):

• Have an established office in the ACT region;
• Able to deliver the majority of the services utilising inhouse staff;
• Have the relevant personnel available to undertake the required Services and meet the required performance levels including Call-out Response Times and maximum allowable down times;
• Hold respective trade-based licenses and accreditation to undertake the works;
• Have access to a team of Specialist Subcontractors able to assist in delivering the Services;
• Have a manned 24 hour/ 7 day call centre

4 YEARS (2 + 1 + 1)
