5YA: Block 1A – Roof, Gutter Re-Design Project

Existing Infrastructure

Lifecycle replacement:

Replacement of the poor roof and gutter / catchment performance.

Works to involve:

Re-Design and replacement of existing stormwater catchment and disposal system from the Block 1A roof area.
Supply and installation of new roofing materials as required.

All documentation must be prepared by a service's representative consultant, to NZ Safety Codes and MoE standards.

All procedures to comply with MoE property legislation.
