Registrations of Interest are sort for Drainage Main-Contractors to price the design, supply and installation works of Roofing works for Beachlands School, Auckland.
5YA: Block 1A – Roof, Gutter Re-Design Project
- Existing Infrastructure
Lifecycle replacement:
- Replacement of the poor roof and gutter / catchment performance.
Works to involve:
- Re-Design and replacement of existing stormwater catchment and disposal system from the Block 1A roof area.
- Supply and installation of new roofing materials as required.
All documentation must be prepared by a service's representative consultant, to NZ Safety Codes and MoE standards.
All procedures to comply with MoE property legislation.
