REQUEST FOR TENDER: IT Professional Services Panel

You are invited to tender for goods, services or works specified and in accordance with the conditions of contract.

Fremantle Ports is seeking offers from suitably qualified and experienced Service Providers to supply short-term professional IT services to fill various Professional Services Roles.

Please note this is not intended as a 'supply of labour' panel, rather panel members will be supporting specific requirements and projects by supply of skilled IT Professionals.

Requirements may include (but are not limited to) the following:

•  backfill leave or vacancies within the IT team
•  engage extra staff for projects and high priority tasks (workload management)
•  address a skills gap for emerging technologies.

During the term of the contract Fremantle Ports will send individual engagement requests to the Panel members requesting specific professional services, including specifying the Roles required and including targeted work requests.

Service Providers will be required to agree to the terms of Fremantle Ports ICT Services Agreement, this document is included in the tender package.
