Tender Description
The proposed contract is for the construction of a geogrid reinforced engineered fill embankment, requiring a cut and fill into the existing slope. A Timber Post and rail retaining wall to support an accessway for the new Reservoir tank installations.
Engineered fill in compacted layers inc. all NDM testing as per specifications with the introduction of the Geo the recommended Geotextile
The finished shape of the earthworks shall be as shown on the Approved Drawings, or as instructed by the Engineer. The earthworks profiles shall generally be trimmed to match and blend with adjacent sections of earthworks and/or undisturbed existing ground.
