Tender Description
Gladstone Regional Council owns and operates the Port Curtis Lawn Cemetery. The regular expansion of the cemetery is vital for providing essential services to the Gladstone community.
Gladstone Regional Council requires a suitably qualified contractor to undertake construction works for the expansion of plinth beams in Sections “V” and “W” within the boundary of the existing lawn cemetery.
The project will deliver the following key components -
- Construction of four (4) cast-in situ concrete plinth beams - Section ‘V’ and Section ‘W’
- Water main extension and relocation
- Design and install irrigation into Sections ‘U’, ‘V’ and ‘W’ (Note – Section ‘T’ is irrigated)
- Installation of new seating
