Tender Description
SIRA seeks to partner with a multidisciplinary organisation to conduct research to better understand the multi-faceted aspects of suicide in the WC scheme.
Project goals
SIRA will collaborate with the selected research partner to:
- Explore opportunities for suicide risk detection and enhanced prevention strategies, with the goal of developing tangible outcomes for implementation.
- Develop evidence based actionable recommendations and interventions to enhance theoverall response to suicide within the WC scheme.
- The outcomes will provide evidence based best practice guidance to health providers and better support injured workers in the scheme who are at risk.
- The recommendations will help support vulnerable populations.
Scope
SIRA will engage a partner through this procurement process to undertake research and build an evidence base to guide decision making and future practice to improve scheme outcomes.
