Cisco Maintenance Renewal
Specification
The intention is that all maintenance and licenses listed in Schedule 3 Pricing, will be co-termed where possible to the same date, currently 22 August 2025 for most of the devices listed.
All maintenance / support agreements are to include (where appropriate)
• 24x7x4 Parts, Warranty and Software Upgrade/Updates
• Cisco Delivered Support (ie direct TAC access)
