Toowoomba Regional Council (Council) is seeking tenders from suitably experienced and qualified operators for the maintenance of Councils air conditioning plant, refrigerated equipment and associated systems, generally as listed in the TRC Equipment and Service Cost Master (Register).

This contract covers service and repair of all aspects of air conditioning plant, refrigerated equipment and associated systems. Note regular service of low risk items will not be included as these will be allowed to run to fail. These items will still be listed on the register but will be marked as run to fail.

This contract will remain comprehensive throughout its duration, covering all assets listed in the register, including any assets that are replaced, brought on or decommissioned during the contract period.

The contractor shall comply with and ensure Council remains compliant with, all applicable legislation, regulations, Australian Standards, manufacturer’s recommendations, the Work Health and Safety Act and Regulations 2011, industry best practice to provide efficient and effective equipment.
