Geosynthetic Quality Assurance Laboratory for Stage 1 Capping, Lakes Creek Road Landfill

⁠⁠⁠Rockhampton Regional Council (Council) is looking for a suitably qualified and experienced service provider to submit a written offer to provide the following services:

• Geosynthetic Quality Assurance Laboratory (QAL) for all required Third Party testing of the geosynthetics to be used in the construction of Council’s Stage 1 Capping (the Project) located at the Lakes Creek Road Landfill (LCRL) and as required in the Project Technical Specification.

Council will engage a Principal Contractor for the construction of the Project, including the supply of all necessary geosynthetic materials. Council will be the Superintendent and Principal of the Project.
