Tender Description
Located in Andrews Farm, the Stebonheath Wetlands are part of Stebonheath Park. The site consists of the wetlands, walking trails and boardwalks, playgrounds, BBQ areas, and hosts a Park Run on Saturdays. St Columbia College is located adjacent to this site, and one of the boardwalks is utilised by the students to access their school.
This package of works is for the refurbishment of three of the wetland’s boardwalks and two viewing platforms, as detailed in the Scope of Works.
