Quotations are currently being requested for the supply and installation of a audio and hearing assistance system at the Consulate Office Building, 13th floor, 16 St Georges Terrace, Perth.

The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting a technically acceptable quotation at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.

The Consulate will hold a Pre-quotation Conference at the site on Friday 1st August 2025, at 2:00pm AWST and all offerors are encouraged to attend. All offerors must register their details to attend and receive the site visit location. Please email perthprocurement@state.gov by Wednesday 30th July 2025, at 4:00pm AWST to confirm your interest.
