Tender Description
The services are broken into five (5) key Separable Portions, including:
- Separable Portion A – Waste Collection Services;
- Separable Portion B – Recyclables Processing Services;
- Separable Portion C – Landfill Operations Services;
- Separable Portion D – Facilities Supervision Services; and
- Separable Portion E – Bulk Haulage Services.

All tenders must be clearly marked CONFIDENTIAL – RFT 01/2025 DELIVERY OF WASTE SERVICES and either placed in the tender box at the Shire’s Administration Centre, 7 Brockman St, Gingin or posted to the CEO, Shire of Gingin, PO Box 510, Gingin WA 6503 by the due date and time. Emailed or faxed tenders will not be accepted.
The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted and canvassing of Councillors will disqualify the tenderer.
