Transcription Services (Supplier Registration)

The NSW Police Force is seeking responses to provide Transcription Services. This is a registration event only. A signed Confidentiality Deed Poll is required to access the full RFT documents.

Project goals

This Request for Tender (RFT) is issued by NSW Police Force (NSWPF) for the provision of Transcription Services. The objective of this RFT is to seek Tenders for the provision of the Transcription Services on the terms and conditions set out in the Agreement. The NSWPF intends to select a panel of Service Provider/s for the provision of all Services within the scope of this RFT to ensure end to end accountability; this includes all Service Providers and its contractors.

Scope

The potential Service Providers will provide transcripts of audio and video recordings of Police interviews and non-interviews in typed form as a Microsoft Word file in accordance with the Statement of Work.

The Services include the three optional scopes, and it is highly encouraged that Service Providers respond to and provide pricing for these optional scopes that NSWPF is looking to adopt to modernise the way in which it receives Transcription Services.

Note: All Suppliers seeking to respond to the RFT must sign the attached Confidentiality Deed Poll before they can gain access to the RFT documentation. The signed Deed Poll should be sent to procurement@police.nsw.gov.au referencing this activity. Markups and negotiation to the Deed Poll will not be considered due to the potential volume of responses.

Despite the above, the RFT open period will be as per the start and end date of the Opportunity Hub activity. Suppliers are encouraged to submit the signed Deed Poll asap to maximise the tender open period. Suppliers must ensure they are signed up with an account to buy.nsw and the Opportunities Hub in order to be given access to the full RFT activity.

Additional details/instructions

1. Respondents must sign the Confidentiality Deed Poll before access is given to the RFT Documents.
2. Due to nature of the procurement activity and timelines, markups will not be entertained to the Confidentiality Deed Poll.
3. The signed Deed Poll must be sent to procurement@police.nsw.gov.au referencing this activity.
4. Despite the above points, the RFT open period will be as per the start and end date of the Opportunity Hub activity.
5. Suppliers are encouraged to submit the signed Deed Poll asap to maximise the tender open period.
6. Suppliers must ensure they are signed up with an account to buy.nsw and the Opportunities Hub in order to be given access to the full RFT activity.
