Tender Description
Wollongong City Council wishes to engage a contractor to undertake its community satisfaction surveys via telephone (and online) and provide a detailed research report.
The initial term of the contract is for the undertaking and completion of the 2025 Community Satisfaction Survey (1 year) with two options for extension to conduct the 2027 and 2029 Community Satisfaction Survey, with such options exercisable at the sole discretion of Council.
