NSW Reconstruction Authority is seeking to establish a panel of suitably qualified Real Estate Agents within the Northern Rivers area to market and sell via an auction process assigned relocatable homes. The Panel is anticipated to be in operation for a period of 24 months and in the following Local Government Areas (LGAs).

• Ballina Shire Council
• Byron Shire Council
• Clarence Valley
• Kyogle Council
• Lismore City Council
• Richmond Valley, and
• Tweed Shire Council.

Scope

On receipt of a home sale package from RA, the Services required by the Real Estate Agent under this Agreement generally include the following:

• Marketing and promotion
• Facilitation and delivery of auction processes through exchange to the settlement of the properties

Lodging a Response
